So I'm aware of the whole AI problem but I wasn't aware that folks were purging their art from the website and other forms of SM. This is pretty troubling because it doesn't solve the issue of AI companies stealing artist's work and using legalese to avoid legal recourse for actons that quite frankly if anyone else were to try to do and were openly caught doing, would be under the gun. But here we are. I do not like AI generated art, I do not support it, I do not recognize it as a legitimate media for the purpose of creating art. But I won't purge my gallery because AI data collection is a thing. Chances are in one way or another some work I've done is already part of the collection, and legally as things stand now, there's nothing I can do about it. But I can continue to create with my own two hands, actively speak out against AI generated lies, and carry on. I am curious to know what others think on the subject though so feel free to air grievances ( appropriately and sanely of course ), or if you disagree calmly explain your views.
